At Peak Power Generators, we pride ourselves on having one of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships without any charge, except for custom orders (details below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships):

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible so we can issue a full refund before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach us during business hours at (854) 842-3437, via the chat in the bottom right corner, or email support@peakpowergenerators.com at any time.

Cancellations of Custom Orders:

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are produced specifically for your order. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately. Your warranty will ensure the product is fully functional and operational. If you are unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us for clarification.

All sales for custom and made-to-order products are final.

Refunds and Returns:

If you need to exchange a product, you may do so, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

Not all orders are eligible for return once shipped. We order products directly from manufacturers, and if they do not accept returns, we cannot offer you a return. This policy can vary; please contact us for specific information about your brand and product.

Due to rising LTL/freight shipping costs, any returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with another, we may be able to assist with some costs depending on the product.

Customers have 30 days from receipt of the item to initiate a return. However, the return policy specific to the brand on the product page overrides this general 30-day policy.

Shipping Times:

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times on product pages are based on information from our suppliers and freight companies and may change without notice due to supply chain issues, manufacturing delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Delays are sometimes unavoidable. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. Thank you for your business.

By purchasing from Peak Power Generators, you agree to the following terms:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery and note any damage. Provide us with photos and details within 24 hours.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping for any new product in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • Products must be returned unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.
  • Orders that have left the warehouse are not eligible for a full refund.
  • Returned orders are subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees, which typically range around 20%.
  • Shipping date estimates are subject to change due to factors outside of Peak Power Generators' control.
  • You agree not to cancel your order or file a chargeback for delays or incorrect estimates caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., manufacturing and logistical issues).

Damages:

Inspect your items upon arrival. If you notice any damage, document it when signing for delivery. Email photos of the damage, the box, and the SKU, along with a brief description, to support@peakpowergenerators.com within 24 hours. Claims for damage must be reported within this timeframe for validity.

Warranty:

Warranty details vary by manufacturer—see individual product pages for specifics. Warranty coverage does not include damages reported after 30 days of receipt.

Returns:

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping charges or reconsignment fees due to customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Most products come with a guarantee warranty policy ensuring a fully functional product without additional costs. See product pages for details.

BOGO Promotions:

For Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one item is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit for that item. If your order has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping charges and potentially a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Chargebacks:

Our team is here to assist with any issues. We strive to be fair and responsive. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft. If you encounter issues with your order, please contact us first to resolve them before filing a chargeback.
